Billy Martin’s USA To Go High Tech In Restaurants NEW YORK, Jan. 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Billy Martin’s USA, Inc. (Other OTC:BLYM.PK - News) the 26- year-old “western-lifestyle” brand -- best known for its upscale “western lifestyle” boutiques in New York City and the Hollywood Sunset Strip -- announced plans to use high technology point-of-sale systems in the restaurants it plans to open throughout South America. The point-of-sale system, know as the RoboServer Systems Self-Serve Machine, (Other OTC:RBSY.PK - News) will allow customers of Billy Martin’s Cowboy Bar & Grill to place their own take-out orders by selecting a few buttons on a touch-screen kiosk, pay for their order with the machine's bill acceptor or credit card processor, and pick up their order at the take-out counter. According to Doug Newton, CEO and founder of Billy Martin’s, “After signing the letter of intent with C.I. Multi Products, SA to open our new restaurants in South America, we have been searching for ways to bring innovation, efficiency, and unique customer experience to our restaurant plans. Our Cowboy Bar & Grills will be among the first in South America to use self-serve machines to help provide our customers with a unique, highly convenient and enjoyable experience.” Newton added, regarding the Company's expansion into South America, “The entrance of BLYM into South America clears the path for expansion into other regions of the world. We see lucrative opportunities abroad, especially in markets where western-lifestyle products are gaining popularity with locals and tourists, alike.
