NEW YORK --  Billy Martin’s USA Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets, Symbol BLYM)  – the 25 year old retail company known for its apparel products with a “western twist” –  has announced the termination of its license agreement with Wyler Team International, a manufacturing facility with factories in Taiwan and China.   
 
“Our company is now free to fully license our trademark rights for development of wholesale apparel products and accessories, consistent with our American theme and western-lifestyle positioning”, said CEO Doug Newton, who co-founded the business with former NY Yankee manager, Billy Martin, in 1978.
 
Newton said a press release of the Wyler termination will be distributed to the news media during the week of June 21, 2004, to coincide with additional news that BLYM has declared a 12 for one forward stock split, effective to shareholders of record as of June 9, 2004.
