New Business Development Director

Jon, is president of Adams Consulting, LLC of New York City and Quogue, Long Island. Since starting his career at Benton & Bowles -- where he worked with Doug Newton on General Foods and Norwich accounts -- Jon has had a distinguished career in marketing. He held senior management positions with leading consumer marketing companies, major advertising and direct marketing agencies, and Internet Professional Services companies.

Jon was the senior marketing officer for two of the largest divisions of Kraft (a.k.a. General Foods), President of Leber Katz Partners, Senior Executive Vice President of Foote Cone & Belding, and President of FCB Direct. Jon’s Internet experience includes founder and CEO of Panoramic Digital, founder and Managing Director of TN Technologies and senior management roles for Site Specific, CKS and THINK New Ideas.

Jon has worked in almost every major consumer product and services category including travel, financial services, media, H&BA, technology, automotive, food, beverages, retail, and OTC drugs. His clients have been Campbell Soup, Citibank, Marriott, The Street.com, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Northwest Airlines, The American Stock Exchange, Jamaica Tourism Board, Nabisco, IBM, AT&T, DuPont, Novartis, Audi, P&G, Gillette, Avon, Fila, Lucent Technologies, Lenox China & Crystal, Newsweek, Dun & Bradstreet and others.

As the director of new business development, Jon goal is to develop new and expanded revenue sources for Billy Martin’s consistent with our brand image and positioning.
