Roy Moffett
is in charge of the company’s licensing and franchising division.
Since joining the company in 2002, Roy has assumed responsibility for
expansion of the brand, via the development of licensing and franchising
opportunities.
Roy understands the brand’s unique positioning, upscale image, and
its need to appeal to a wide audience of consumers, both within and outside
the fast-growing "western lifestyle" category.
A native son of New Jersey, Roy attended Union College (AA Degree), Long
Island University, and Kean College. From 1984 to 1994, he was the owner
of an importing, manufacturing wholesale clothing sales and distribution
business.
From 1986-1991, he was national sales manager for Guy LaRoche (Pour Enfants
Division), with extensive involvement in the licensing of the Guy LaRoche
brand. In addition to being a principal of Billy Martin’s USA, Roy
owns several retail clothing operations, and is the principal owner of
a wholesale clothing and manufacturing business in New Jersey.
Roy will oversee the design and development of Billy Martin’s branded
products across all product categories -- from sportswear and jeanswear,
to outerwear, footwear, accessories, home décor and home furnishings
– given our strategic goal to build a strong portfolio of product
offerings that deliver real value to consumers.
Roy will play a vital role in helping the brand maintain its quality and
value, while being produced at a cost affordable to a larger consumer
base
across the US and throughout the world.
